[吃食] 博士遊故宮,鳥鳥閒居賦

今天為公務去了趟故宮, 而後趁閒便在故宮待了半個下午, 逛累了想起上回二樓看到的「停雲」咖啡店風景挺好, 不意今次一去, 還真是「停」了, 關起門來不做了, 說是博物館內禁止飲食。只剩下一樓的「閒居賦」可去。(是說羅浮宮之類的裡面也沒有餐廳嗎?)

我在閒居賦待了到中午, 越來越多外國觀光客, 或者彼岸同胞們一一入座, 說實在, 就算故宮考量太多旅行團沒有時間進來喝咖啡, 或者大多是帶團到新晶華-故宮餐廳用餐, 但感覺一個位置擺在故宮大廳的咖啡店總該要有著點比這更高的水準才是, 包括服務態度也一樣!...


剛入座時我因為猶豫了一下該點什麼, 也為了需要點時間拍個照片, 便對一旁等待點餐的小姐說請她稍待一下再過來幫我點餐, 沒想到她竟然鼻孔悶哼一聲說:「帥哥...拜託, 我們這裡就這些」 然後一根手指直接指到我面前的菜單上,一個個指著說「這裡是咖啡、這邊是茶、吃的就濃湯還有三明治這樣而已, 這樣你還要看喔?」 說罷, 她便屁顛屁顛、頭也不回地走回吧檯, 而我則是很小心眼地暗自決定回去要給他好好的寫清楚..

首先, 看到Menu我就傻眼了。這印刷水平跟設計風格(這算設計,這算風格嗎)實在令人不敢領教這會是臺灣觀光客必去景點:故宮 的大廳咖啡店應該有的水準...

價目表則是繼強大的「無設計」菜單之後讓我再楞了一下, 一杯咖啡80元!? 雖說咖啡本來就是很便宜的東西, 不過賣得這樣便宜, 會不會也顯得消費水平太低了些? 後來想想, 對大部分本地觀光客而言, 若是賣個特調咖啡一百五起跳好像也太欠揍了些, 不過我還是很難接受80元咖啡以及65元三明治的定價基調就是了, 總覺得反正觀光客進來也不會看價錢的, 為何不將價格調高一些, 提供更好的服務與餐點項目呢?

說到餐點項目, 就別提我在菜單上看到唯一可填飽肚子的東西竟然是洋食「三文治」時有多感嘆了, 堂堂故宮, 為何就不能賣些高級燒餅還是糕子之類的什麼東西呢?

最後, 為了保有食記慣有的嘗試精神, 我不顧肥胖地點了海鮮濃湯(限量?)、火腿三文治(也限量!?)以及卡布其諾一杯。關於它們的水準, 底下我簡單帶過:

濃湯, 很台, 口味風格台味很重, 但嚐得出烹調上的誠意。

火腿三文治, 很慘, 幾乎毫無特色, 用料沒問題, 新鮮度也沒問題, 但就是很無趣。


咖啡很好。以那樣水平的咖啡應該是可以賣到一百五十元錢而不用心虛的才對。

就如同今日展覽當中最讓我印象深刻的一句話:「古者守之,垂絕者繼之,不佳者改之,未足者增之,西方繪畫可採入者融之。」, 雖然徐悲鴻當年這句話是為了描述中國書畫的改良, 但擴充之則何嘗不是在描述一個胸襟開闊而不斷前進的人生觀? 而且是中國人的人生。以此佳句比照當前的故宮, 或者拿來對比閒居賦的菜單內容, 亦無不可, 可惜了今日我感受到的閒居賦, 除了「西方融入者守之;古者垂絕之」以外,並沒有感受到太多其他的部份。

見微知著。這也是為何我要如此刻薄地數落一間小小故宮咖啡店的原因。
否則在可愛的同胞、各國的觀光客面前, 我們也許反而變成了大陸, 反而成了山寨呀!

我上次去光點咖啡也是很傻眼~

@chels I know what you mean, its hard to find good help these days. People now days just don't have the work ethic they used to have. I mean consider whoever wrote this post, they must have been working hard to write that good and it took a good bit of their time I am sure. I work with people who couldn't write like this if they tried, and getting them to try is hard enough as it is.

I was directed to your blog through digg and I'm glad I clicked the link. I've already read some nice content from you. Keep up your quality work.

My friend and I have been just talking over this particular article, she's constantly wanting to prove me incorrect! I am going to show her this post and rub it in a little!

There are also other available and the copycat model stopped working a while ago.

I'm waiting for the sequel.

I, apparently, have to be ordered to accept.

I wasn't looking too hard though as though the chances are that someone, somewhere will have seen fit to analyze.

That tiny example makes a big difference.

It is everything you need to know in the matter of.

Why not just have and this occurrence combined?

It is my secret sauce of tactics that can be traced back five years.

There are a number of wonderful benefits.

There is obviously a bundle to realize about this. I assume you made certain good points in features also.

You made a number of good points there. I did a search on the theme and found nearly all people will agree with your blog.
