Data Structure and Algorithms normally is a 2nd year computer science cousre in most of the IT schools. I believe that the textbook NTU students use is -
Cormen, Leiserson, Rivest, and Stein, Introduction to Algorithms (2nd ed.), MIT Press, 2001.
All the things you mentioned like 微積分 工程數學, C++, and 資料結構與演算法 actually are some of the most fundamental courses in the program. I am not sure what kind of Operating System NTU students are learning(in my case it was Nachos), but tyically OS is one of the harder CS courses. I spent a lot of time coding in labs when I took that crazy course and my whole semester was basically ruined. There are a lot of nightmare CS courses for "eager" students to explore, lucky that OS and algorithms are the only ones you have to take.

Alg的課本就是那本
OS的project用的是Nachos
而 OS 的課本在台灣據說幾乎都是 封面是恐龍的那本
俗稱 恐龍本

課上久了 頭就不昏了
不過, 老師上課的內容就算每個字都聽
以為自己懂了
看看課本後面的習題卻只有發愣的份
這才是最恐怖的...
唉..
我大學唸資管滴
不過必修課卻有作業系統、資料結構、結構化程式設計、電路邏輯...
選修視窗程式設計....... Orz
